    • Western Group of Temples: Magnificent Hindu temples celebrated for their grand architecture, intricate carvings, and artistic sculptures depicting spirituality and daily life.
       
    • Eastern Group of Temples: A remarkable collection of Hindu and Jain temples showcasing elegant architecture, detailed craftsmanship, and the Chandela dynasty’s rich cultural heritage.
       

    Built by the Chandela dynasty between 950 and 1050 CE, the Khajuraho Group of Monuments is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    • Orchha Fort and Palace Complex: Built during the 16th century by the Bundela rulers along the Betwa River, this magnificent complex includes Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal and Rai Praveen Mahal. It is renowned for its impressive Mughal–Rajput architecture, beautiful murals and rich royal heritage.
       

    Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Orchha. After lunch, continue to Jhansi Railway Station and board the train for Agra.

    Upon arrival at Agra Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Agra.

    • Jal Mahal (Photo Stop): Admire this beautiful 18th-century palace situated in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, surrounded by the scenic Aravalli Hills.
       

    Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, followed by visits to:
     

    • City Palace: Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, this impressive palace complex served as the royal residence and administrative centre of Jaipur.
       
    • Jantar Mantar: An extraordinary astronomical observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh II, featuring large instruments designed for precise celestial observations.
       
    • Hawa Mahal (Photo Stop): Known as the “Palace of Winds,” this iconic monument allowed royal women to observe street processions through its beautifully decorated windows.

By booking any domestic or international tour package, hotel, transport, train, flight, visa assistance, sightseeing, or any travel-related service with Indi Tour, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are made to maintain transparency and avoid misunderstanding between the tourist/client and the company.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking will be treated as confirmed only after the client pays the required advance amount and receives written confirmation from Indi Tour. The client must provide correct details such as full name, age, contact number, email ID, passport details, ID proof, travel dates, and other required documents. Indi Tour will not be responsible for any issue caused due to incorrect, incomplete, expired, or mismatched documents provided by the client. Package cost may change before final confirmation due to hotel availability, transport cost, airfare, train fare, visa fee, foreign exchange rate, government tax, seasonal surcharge, or supplier rate changes. Note: The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour if the required minimum number of participants/guests is not met or any other circumstances.
  • If the client cancels the booking, cancellation charges will apply as per Indi Tour’s policy and the rules of hotels, airlines, railways, bus operators, visa centers, transporters, cruise companies, activity providers, and other suppliers. Cancellation charges may vary depending on the destination, travel date, booking type, and supplier conditions. General cancellation rules: Once any booking is confirmed for a tour package, hotel, transport, flight, train, bus, or any other service, the cancellation/amendment policy will apply immediately. Third-party charges from hotels, airlines, transport, train, bus, or other service providers will always be applicable, along with our service charges and taxes.   • Any change requested after booking confirmation will be treated as an amendment. This may include change in travel date, hotel, room category, passenger name, number of passengers, destination, transport, pickup/drop point, flight, train, visa service, or itinerary. Amendment requests are subject to availability and approval from the concerned supplier. Additional charges, fare difference, service charges, or amendment fees may apply. Indi Tour will try its best to support amendment requests, but the company cannot guarantee that every amendment will be possible. If the new travel date has a higher cost, the client must pay the difference amount. If the client does not travel on the original date and does not inform Indi Tour in advance, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
  • The client must pay the booking advance as informed by Indi Tour to confirm the booking. The balance payment must be completed before the due date shared by the company. Indi Tour may provide a payment schedule depending on the package type, destination, travel date, visa process, hotel policy, and supplier rules. All bank charges, payment gateway charges, foreign exchange charges, transaction charges, or card charges, if applicable, must be paid by the client. Bookings may remain on hold or may not be confirmed if payment is not received on time.
  • If the client fails to make payment within the given deadline, Indi Tour reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any further notice. In such cases, the advance amount or partial payment may be adjusted toward cancellation charges, supplier penalties, service charges, visa fees, ticket charges, or non-refundable bookings. Indi Tour will not be responsible for loss of hotel rooms, flight seats, train tickets, bus tickets, visa appointments, transport, or any other service due to late payment by the client.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after Indi Tour receives the refundable amount from the concerned supplier. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting cancellation charges, service charges, transaction charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, visa charges, ticket charges, and any non-refundable amount. Refund processing time may depend on hotels, airlines, railways, bus operators, visa centers, banks, payment gateways, or other third-party suppliers. No refund will be provided for: No-show Unused services Missed sightseeing Late arrival Early departure Personal reasons Medical reasons Visa rejection or delay, where services are non-refundable Services cancelled due to client’s fault or document issue
  • All applicable taxes, including GST, TCS, foreign remittance tax, government tax, service tax, tourism tax, city tax, airport tax, or any other statutory charges, will be charged as per government rules. If there is any increase in tax, fuel charge, toll, parking, permit fee, entrance fee, visa fee, currency exchange rate, airline tax, or government charge after booking confirmation, the client must pay the difference amount. Indi Tour reserves the right to update the package cost if any tax, government fee, supplier charge, or foreign exchange rate changes before or during the travel period.
  • Indi Tour will not be responsible for cancellation, delay, extra cost, route change, missed service, or service failure caused by natural calamities or situations beyond the company’s control. Such situations may include: Heavy rain, flood, landslide, snowfall, cyclone, earthquake, storm, or extreme weather Road block, traffic jam, accident, strike, bandh, curfew, protest, political disturbance, or local issue Train cancellation, flight cancellation, bus cancellation, delay, diversion, or rescheduling Government restriction, permit issue, border closure, security issue, pandemic, health emergency, or airport closure Any other reason beyond the control of Indi Tour In such cases, extra expenses for hotel stay, meals, transport, flight change, train change, visa extension, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements must be paid by the client. Indi Tour will try to assist the client with possible alternatives, but refund or compensation will depend on the rules of the conce
  • Indi Tour does not involve directly in any kind of Visa or similar services. We introduce through third party vendor for our customer support. Visa approval is completely at the discretion of the embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa processing authority. Vendor only provides visa assistance and does not guarantee visa approval. Indi Tour will not be responsible if the visa is delayed, rejected, cancelled, or not received before the travel date due to embassy delay, incomplete documents, incorrect documents, previous travel history, financial issue, criminal record, immigration concern, technical issue, or any other reason. Visa fees, appointment charges, service charges, insurance charges, courier charges, documentation charges, and other related charges are generally non-refundable. If the tour is cancelled due to visa delay, visa rejection, or visa cancellation, cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, airline, transport, and supplier policies.
  • Indi Tour will not be responsible if the client is stopped, questioned, detained, deported, denied boarding, or restricted by customs, immigration, airport authority, airline staff, police, security agency, or any government authority. This may happen due to document mismatch, passport issue, visa issue, suspicious travel history, immigration concern, prohibited items, unpaid fines, legal case, or any other reason. Any loss, cancellation, penalty, fine, deportation cost, hotel cost, ticket cost, or legal expense in such cases must be borne by the client.
  • The client must report at the airport, railway station, bus station, cruise terminal, hotel lobby, or pickup point on time as per the schedule shared by Indi Tour or the supplier. Indi Tour will not be responsible if the client misses a flight, train, bus, transfer, sightseeing, visa appointment, or any service due to late reporting, traffic, personal delay, wrong terminal, wrong gate, missing documents, security delay, or any other personal reason. In such cases, the booking will be treated as no-show, and no refund will be applicable. Any new ticket, hotel, transport, or rescheduling cost must be paid by the client.
  • Even after having a valid visa, final entry permission is decided by the immigration authority of the destination country. A valid visa does not guarantee entry. Indi Tour will not be responsible if the client is denied entry due to immigration decision, document issue, insufficient funds, unclear travel purpose, hotel booking issue, return ticket issue, suspicious profile, past violation, or any other reason. No refund or compensation will be provided by Indi Tour for entry refusal, deportation, denied boarding, or immigration rejection. Any additional cost must be paid by the client.
  • The client must follow all immigration rules, visa conditions, local laws, customs rules, hotel rules, transport rules, and government guidelines of the destination. Indi Tour will not be responsible if the client violates any law, overstays visa, works illegally, carries prohibited items, misbehaves, damages property, breaks local rules, or gets involved in illegal activity. Any fine, penalty, arrest, deportation, legal case, hotel damage, transport damage, or government action will be the sole responsibility of the client.
  • The client must inform Indi Tour in advance about any medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, disability, senior citizen requirement, special assistance, or food restriction. Indi Tour will try to assist in emergencies, but medical support, hospital admission, ambulance, doctor consultation, medicine, evacuation, wheelchair assistance, or special care cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. All medical expenses, hospital charges, emergency transport, travel insurance claim, visa extension, extra stay, or return ticket cost must be paid by the client. Indi Tour strongly recommends that all clients purchase suitable travel insurance before travel, especially for international tours.
  • The client is responsible for their own luggage, passport, visa, ID proof, tickets, mobile phone, camera, cash, jewellery, wallet, documents, and personal belongings. Indi Tour will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of any personal item during the tour, hotel stay, sightseeing, transport, airport, railway station, bus station, or public place. If any item is found, Indi Tour will try to assist in coordination with hotels, drivers, transporters, airports, or local authorities. Courier, transport, packing, or delivery charges for returning lost items must be paid by the client.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times will be as per the hotel’s policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve extra charges. Room category, meal plan, extra bed, and hotel facilities will be provided as per booking confirmation. Any personal expenses such as laundry, minibar, room service, heater, telephone, extra food, hotel damage, or paid facilities must be paid directly by the client. Hotel images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual rooms and facilities may vary depending on hotel availability and local conditions.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per the package confirmation. Vehicle service will be available only as per the agreed itinerary and not on disposal basis unless clearly mentioned. Any extra sightseeing, route change, extra kilometers, night driving, additional pickup/drop, waiting charge, toll, parking, permit, or state tax not included in the package must be paid by the client. The driver will follow local traffic rules, road safety rules, and government restrictions. The client cannot force the driver to drive in unsafe conditions, restricted roads, or beyond permitted hours.
  • Meals will be provided only as mentioned in the package. Menu, food type, meal timing, and service style will depend on the hotel, restaurant, airline, cruise, or local arrangement. No refund will be provided if the client skips any meal or does not use the meal service included in the package. Special meal requests such as vegetarian, Jain food, vegan food, baby food, or allergy-friendly food are subject to availability and must be informed in advance.
  • The itinerary is planned carefully, but it may change due to weather, traffic, road conditions, flight delay, train delay, hotel availability, local restrictions, government rules, or unavoidable situations. Indi Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety, comfort, and smooth operation of the tour. Missed sightseeing due to late arrival, traffic, weather, personal delay, government restriction, natural calamity, or any unavoidable reason will not be refundable.
  • The guest is responsible for carrying valid passport, visa, ID proof, tickets, travel insurance, permits, medicines, personal items, and required clothing according to the destination and weather. The guest must follow instructions given by tour managers, drivers, hotel staff, airport staff, immigration officers, local guides, and government authorities. Any loss caused due to client negligence, misconduct, late reporting, incorrect documents, or rule violation will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Any complaint during the tour must be immediately reported to Indi Tour’s support team so that the company can try to resolve the issue on time. Complaints made after completion of the tour may be difficult to verify. Indi Tour will review such complaints fairly, but refund or compensation will not be guaranteed. Customer support timings and emergency contact details should be checked before travel.
  • Indi Tour works with hotels, airlines, railways, bus operators, transporters, visa agencies, restaurants, guides, activity providers, cruise companies, and other suppliers. Indi Tour acts as a travel organizer and booking facilitator. The company will not be liable for delay, cancellation, accident, injury, loss, damage, denial, service issue, or policy change caused directly by any third-party service provider. However, Indi Tour will try to assist the client in communicating with the concerned supplier.
  • Indi Tour tries to keep website information accurate and updated. However, package price, hotel name, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, availability, visa rules, tax, and supplier policies may change without prior notice. Images shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual hotel rooms, vehicles, meals, sightseeing places, and facilities may differ from images depending on availability and local conditions.
  • Only services clearly mentioned under “Package Inclusions” will be provided by Indi Tour. Anything not mentioned in inclusions will be treated as excluded and must be paid by the client separately. This may include personal expenses, entry tickets, meals, tips, camera fees, adventure activities, travel insurance, visa fees, airport transfers, local taxes, or optional sightseeing unless specifically included.
  • Indi Tour strongly recommends all clients to purchase travel insurance before travel, especially for international tours. Travel insurance may help in cases of medical emergency, trip cancellation, baggage loss, passport loss, flight delay, accident, or other unexpected situations. Indi Tour will not be responsible if the client chooses to travel without insurance.
  • Indi Tour believes in resolving all concerns through mutual discussion and cooperation. In case of any dispute, the matter will first be discussed between the client and Indi Tour. If legal action is required, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the official business location of Delhi, India only.
  • By making payment or confirming a booking with Indi Tour, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions, cancellation rules, refund rules, payment policy, visa policy, and other company policies. Indi Tour may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website will be applicable to all bookings.
  • Indi Tour always tries to provide the best possible service to every client. However, travel services depend on many third-party suppliers and external conditions. Clients are requested to read all terms carefully before booking to avoid confusion or conflict later.
