Day02-Delhi
Morning Breakfast then Sight seen of Delhi Including –

India Gate -This 42m high stone memorial pays tribute to the valiant soldiers of Indian Army who sacrificed their lives for the country during World War I, Northwest Frontier operations and in the Anglo-African War in 1919. A flame burns day and night in the memorial for the remembrance of the martyrs. Tourists are permitted to retrace the audacity of the Indian soldiers.

President House – It has 340 rooms with large corridors stretching up to 2.5 km. It was the residence of British Viceroy formerly and now the home of the head of state. It is fascinating to take a peek inside this historical building, and a guided visit takes in the domed Durbar Hall, presidential library, and gilded Ashoka Hall.

Parliament House – The Sansad Bhawan (Parliament Building) is the house of the Parliament of India, located in the northwestern side of the& Vijay Chowk  in the vicinity of the secretariat buildings.Originally called the House of Parliament ,marks governance of the world’s largest democracy.

Gandhi House -It is the world-famous memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. The Gandhi House is the place where he was shot on 30 January 1948, causing the death. Gandhi spent his last 144 days in this house (Birla House) and his room is preserved in the same condition as he left it. You can find his possessions there which include spectacles, a walking stick, a spinning wheel and a pair of chappals.

Birla temple -It is a temple dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Narayana that was erected by an affluent industrialist B.D. Birla. It also includes shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva, Hanuman, Krishna, and Buddha. Gandhi inaugurated the intricately designed temple for all casts with a sign on the board saying ‘Everyone is Welcome’.

Lunch then Sight seen of  Akshar Dham temple -Akshardham is a Hindu temple complex in Delhi, India. Also referred to as Delhi Akshardham or Swaminarayan Akshardham, the complex displays centuries of traditional Indian and Hindu culture, spirituality, and architecture. The Akshardham temple, carved by 7,000 sculptors out of pink sandstone and white marble, is beautiful in the way that all elaborately ornate things are beautiful.”

Day03-Delhi-Jodhpur

Mehrangarh Fort -Rising Sheer Out of a 125-m(140-ft) high rocky hill. Mehrangarh is one of the most magnificent forts in India. The battlements are 6m to 36m high, and as the building materials were chiselled from the rock on which the fort stands, the structure merges with its base. Still run by the Jodhpur royal family, Mehrangarh is packed with history and legend. You don’t need a ticket to enter the fort itself, only the museum section.

JaswanThada – This milky-white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, built by Maharaja Sardar Singh, sitting above a small lake 1km northeast of Mehrangarh, is an array of whimsical domes. It’s a welcome, peaceful spot after the hubbub of the city, and the views across to the fort and over the city are superb. Built in 1899, the cenotaph has some beautiful jalis (carved-marble lattice screens) and is hung with portraits of Rathore rulers going back to the 13th century.

Umaid Bhawan Museum- The residence of Maharaja Gaj Singh II, Umaid Bhawan Palace counts among the most opulent homes ever built, with over three hundred and fifty rooms placed in between acres of splendid gardens. One wing houses the iconic Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace Hotel, allowing guests to get a taste of the royal life.

Day04-Jodhpur-Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer Fort- This famous historical place is the landmark of the whole Jaisalmer city. It is renowned as Sonar Quila. The fort is the most attractive one with various special things viz. hotels, museums, shops and all. It is a pleasurable place for photographers as well. The Patwon Ki Haveli, Dussehra Chowk, and Surya gate bring four stars to this attractive place.

Jain temple – The Jain temple has been built to dedicate to two Jain Tirthankars: Rikhabdevji and Shambhavdevji. Built up of yellow sandstones, the Jain Temple is full of grace. The walls, carvings and everything about Jain Temple is fabulous to visit. The Gyan Bhandar Library will surely delight you, as you can find the rarest manuscripts and get the benefit from it.

Day05-Jaisalmer

Patwon Ki Haveli – Beautifully carved walls, cultural displays, appealing balconies, painting collections and much more are the things you will surely observe in Patwon Ki Haveliyan. These were made up by Marwari businessman Guman Chand Patwa. Total five havelies are there. The location is perfect to visit and spend time. The havelies have different galleries which display its own perfection.

Bada Bagh – Bada Bagh features the royal memorials of chhatris of Jaisalmer king. The first memorial was made in the 16th Century for Jai Singh II by his son. This has been created near the dam and covered with a beautiful park to memorize him as the one who brought greenery to the city. All the cenotaphs have been carved appealingly and visitors like it the most.

Nahar Ghar Fort ( Night View ) – which is one of the many countless palaces and beautiful historic buildings that speak of the magnificent and rich history of this city. The Fort was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the year 1734 as a retreat. It was originally called Sudarshangarh Fort, but was later renamed to Nahargarh Fort which literally translated to “The Abode of Tigers”.

Amer Fort (With Elephant or jeep ride ) – Amer Fort is located in Amber, at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur. This impressive fort comprises a grand palace, made from pale yellow and pink sandstone and marbles with white color. This magnificent structure is divided into four main sections. Hawa Mahal- The popularized ‘Palace of the Winds’ or Hawa Mahal is the famous place of visitor attraction and prominent landmark of Pink City. This marvelous five-storey palace is built in the shape of the crown of Lord Krishna.  This structure is located in the heart of Jaipur that is renowned for its architectural history and rich culture.

City Palace – City Palace is situated in Jaipur and it reflects the fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture. The City Palace complex is spread over a large area in the old region of Jaipur. Here are gardens, buildings, courtyards, museum and temples that demonstrate its historical value and magnificent royal grace.

Jantar mantra- This is considered as one of the largest observatory ever built. It is a collection of nineteen astronomical geometric instruments that measure time and space for astronomy.  Visitors can observe the astronomical positions with the naked eye by using these instruments. Jantar Mantar is constructed in a large area of 18,700 square meters.

Day09-Jaipur-Abhaneri-Agra

Abhaneri Step Well – Abhaneri Step Well, initially renowned as Abha Nagri that means the city of brightness. It offers a lot of excitement and a remarkable adventure. This village is especially known for its two splendid monuments Chand Baori, which is a huge step well, a creative idea formulated by the natives to work as a water reservoir.

It is located on the right bank of the Yamuna River in a grand Mughal garden. Taj Mahal is a masterpiece whose elegance can only be understood by visiting it.

Sarnath Ruins and Museum – According to Archeological Survey of India, Sarnath Museum is the oldest museum in the country. The museum houses more than 6000 artifacts and ancient sculptures. Besides, it also depicts the richest collection of edifices and sculptures which comprise of Buddhist remains.

UNESCO site Mahabodhi Temple – Located at Bodh Gaya, Mahabodhi Temple was built by Emperor Ashoka, after 280 years after Buddha attained enlightenment. It proudly features the diamond throne and the Holy tree – ‘Bodhi Tree.’ The tree grew from the original sapling of the Sri Maha Bodhi Tree, Srilanka. The Mahabodhi temple was declared as the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the year 2002.

Day13-Bodhgaya
Morning Breakfast then Sightseeing of Mahabodhi temple and the Holy Bodhi Tree – Pipala Tree, aka Pipal Tree or most revered as Bodhi Tree is a tree of Enlightenment. It is considered a sacred tree of Hindus. The heart shaped leaves as used for religious purposes. It is believed that Lord Vishnu was born under this tree. Lord Buddha stated those who worship Pipala tree are destined to receive the reward which is equivalent to worshipping him. Pilgrims and devotees tie the red, yellow and white silk threads for progeny.

Day14-Bodhgaya-Rajgir-Nalanda-Patna
Morning Breakfast then Drive to Patna via sightseeing of

Venu Van – It is an artificial forest, built in the Rajgir city, Nagaland. It is one of the important places to visit, relish and cherish. Visitors can enjoy the eternal peace and meditate peacefully. It is quite a tranquil place that gives immense relaxation. A Japanese temple is constructed beside Venu Vana.

Bimbisar Jail – Bimbisara Jail is located at the Eastern Gate of the ancient Rajghir City. It was the prison where King Bimbisara was imprisoned by his own son, Ajatshatru. To obtain throne from the King, AjatShatru made a drastic move and imprisoned his father during the last days. The King chose the place by himself, just to witness Lord Buddha retreat at the Gridha Kutta hill.

Nalanda University –  Nalanda University is one of the upcoming universities in India, located in Nalanda, Bihar. Although the first academic session was commenced in the year 2014, it existed from 1951. Nava Nalanda Mahavihara, a contemporary center for Buddhism and Pali was built was an institution, by Government of Bihar. It was deemed to be University in the year 2006. The University commenced academic year with 15 students.
